His message is strong and needed today.
We are all addicted in some way. Maybe not to drugs and deal with substance abuse but we like the high we get when we accomplish a task, get a new project or when something special occurs in our lives.
We do not see the dopamine rush, we do not recognize the emotional and physical changes because we do not see them as that. We accept them as feelings because we have achieved something or received an unexpected gift.
Question your doctor on what drugs you are taking and if they are necessary. Learn the side effects of all drugs.
I have learned a lot while putting this book together. I hope you read it and learn a lot more about how your body reacts to normal reactions, drugs, and alcohol.
